What we use it for

To contact you about opening a shop, billing, and import if you ask us to. We do not sell this information.

Shop data

Orders, customers, and files you put in MasterStitch are yours. They stay in your shop tenant. Data remains until you export or ask us to delete it.

Cookies

This marketing site does not require an account cookie. When a shop account is opened later, the app uses a session cookie so you stay signed in.
